NeXtgen Wire Belt Conveyors are the most sanitary wire belt conveyor you can buy. Our systems offer a 100% see thru frame that allows a complete washout of the conveyor. You can see every surface and know that the cleaning is done properly. Since all our wire belt conveyors use an intermediate drive the infeed and outfeed can be a 3/4” knife edge providing a smooth transfer of difficult products. We also make our systems with clean-in-place belt washer/dryers, glaze recovery tanks and crumb trays so that you can do breading and glazing operations on our conveyors.
